Position: Associate Professor Interests: Functional materials; Controllable synthesis; Energy storage and Convention TEL: 0512-62872827 Email: [email protected] Achivements: Dr Liu has been working in the research area of nanomaterials synthesis and characterization since 2005 when she started her PhD study. Dr Liu has published 49-reviewed research papers; has been awarded six fundings; delivered one keynote lecture, two invited talks. Dr Liu was awarded Vice-Chancellor’s Research Fellowship of Queensland University of Technology (2010) and Young Researcher Award, International Conference on Advances in Functional Materials (2009). Lisha Zhou
Position: Engineer Interests: TEL: 0512-62872827 Email: [email protected] Achivements: Zhou Lisha has published 13 peer-reviewed papers, 7 patents and participated in science and technology projects such as The National Key R&D Program of China,CAS-DOE joint Research Program , National Natural Science Foundation of China,etc. Major Accomplishments: Invented Cu2O nanocrystals grown on functionalized graphene sheets and revealed the room temperature H2S gas sensing with ultrahigh sensitivity. Designed In-situ SEM/TEM electrochemical chip for characterization of charge-discharge process in Lithium-Sulfur batteries. Served as team administrator of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, being honored with “The Fifth Batch of Key Entrepreneurial Team of Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council”, “The tenth Leading Project of SIP ”, “Zilang Talents Program”、“Tongchuang Innovation and Entrepreneurship Projects”, “The Third Prize of China Science and Technology Business Plan Competition”, ect. Background: Zhou Lisha Graduated from Faculty of Materials Science and Chemistry, China University of Geosciences, in June 2013. From July 2011 to June 2013,she served as a member of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Science & Technology Cooperation Program of China and joined SINANO ( Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics, Chinese Academy of Sciences) to be joint training of postgraduate , researching the controlled preparation method for semiconductor nanomaterials which exhibit excellent gas sensing performance. Then she worked at i-Lab of SINANO in July 2013, being interested in In-situ characterization technology of Lithium-Sulfur batteries.
